Veritical plate freezer
Product introduction
Vertical plate freezer is used for fast freezing seafood, meat solids, high liquid content or water based solids, fruit juices and fruit pulps in bulk on land or at sea. Products are simply placed or poured into vertical pockets between aluminium freezing plates. After freezing, the blocks can be unloaded by defrosting and lifting the products. Within minutes the cycle can begin again.

Vertical plate freezer technical specification

Notes: 
1. The freezing capacity is based on freezing fish. 20~25kg/block. Block size 525mm×530mm×75(100)mm.
2. Refrigeration capacity is based on condensing temp +35℃ and evaporating temp -35℃.
3. Freezing time is about 90~210min. It differs by different products.(Inlet temp.+15℃,outlet core temp -18℃)
4. Different requests beyond the above can be customized.
